Jeremy Andrew

Reboot Trainer

Fitness is my passion and life! I’ve been a runner and racer for over 50 years and teaching exercise for 35+ years. I became a full time firefighter in the UK aged 20 for a 30 year career and taught fitness both inside and outside the Service until retiring aged 50. I was then the well-being and fitness advisor for Fire & Police in Hampshire, England for 9 years until my second retirement.

I moved to Thailand in 2016 and became a leader at a fitness Bootcamp near Chiang Mai for 2 years. Since 2018 I have helped Dave with the planning and development of Reboot Fitness Retreat. To teach we must show and demonstrate that we are a master of our subject. This takes many years of dedication, experience and personal growth. I’m still constantly learning and updating and have the same passion I started with over 50 years ago
